Battle-Ready: Death Korps Heavy Bolter Team

I took a break from trench building to finish painting this Heavy Bolter Team I started a couple of weeks ago. I couldn’t quite recall how I painted my previous Death Korps models, but after some trial and error, I managed to retrace my steps and get the paint scheme just right. It was a good reminder of why I need to keep track of my process. I made sure to document everything this time, so I don’t forget again!

Lost color recipe aside, this mini-diorama was a blast to assemble and paint, and I’m already looking forward to tackling the next one. It's been a fun and refreshing change of pace, and a nice contrast to the larger, more labor-intensive projects I’ve been working on lately. Up next, I’m continuing work on a squad of Grenadiers—and I'm planning to turn it into a detailed painting tutorial along the way so stay tuned!
